In this 45-minute session, your child will learn the essentials of conflict resolution, focusing on finding peaceful solutions. We'll cover the steps to resolving conflicts, the importance of listening, and how to express feelings without escalating the situation. Your child will learn how to stay calm during conflicts, how to negotiate and compromise, and the importance of empathy and understanding the other person's perspective. We will also discuss the role of mediation and how to involve a neutral third party when necessary.
