Learn and understand Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and applying it to the classroom culture. Classroom culture is the atmosphere in our classrooms, influencing how students feel and behave. Our goal today is to explore Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and learn how to create a positive culture that supports all students. by the end you will be able to answer: how does classroom culture impact student learning and behavior, can you describe a time when a positive classroom culture made a difference in your teaching, what are your goals for creating a positive classroom culture this year?
