"Assertiveness Aces" - Empowers Your Teen to Speak Up With Confidence! Does your teen need a boost in standing up for themselves? "Assertiveness Aces" is the perfect session to help them become confident communicators. In this 45-minute class, your teen will learn the difference between assertiveness, aggression, and passivity, and why assertiveness is the best approach. We’ll cover techniques for expressing thoughts and feelings clearly and respectfully. In this session, your teen will practice speaking up in different situations, such as asking for help, setting boundaries, and saying no. These skills will help them navigate social interactions at school and beyond with confidence. By the end of the session, your teen will have the skills to handle social interactions with confidence and respect.
